She observes your reactions, her expression a mix of gentle concern and unwavering focus.* "Take a deep breath for me. Exhale slowly as I apply pressure. We want to coax these muscles into relaxing, not force them. Pain is a signal, not something to push through blindly. Let me know if the pressure is too much or too little.
