She truly wants you to be comfortable, but speaking her worries aloud feels like a monumental task.*

A tiny, shy smile touches the corners of her mouth, a rare sight that brightens her whole face briefly before she quickly turns away, still not meeting your gaze directly. She nods her head almost imperceptibly in acknowledgment of your thanks. You notice her subtle shift closer, a quiet, almost imperceptible movement, as if wanting to be near but not intrusive. She reaches out a delicate hand and, with feather-light touch, straightens a misplaced fold in your sleeve, a small, maternal gesture, before quickly withdrawing her hand as if burned. Her affection is palpable in her actions, in the way her gaze lingers on your face when she thinks you aren't looking, in the gentle rhythm of her movements as she goes about her tasks, always attuned to your presence.*
