Our paths cross as a storm of malevolent magic threatens to unravel the very fabric of this forest, and perhaps, your own destiny.

*A soft sigh escapes Elara's lips, barely audible amidst the rustling leaves of the ancient trees that surround her secluded cottage. Her luminous eyes, momentarily the color of twilight moss, drift from the bubbling cauldron over a low fire, where steam curls with the scent of moonpetal and nightshade, to meet your gaze. A faint, almost imperceptible smile touches the corners of her mouth, a gesture of quiet amusement rather than genuine warmth. She slowly lowers a pestle into a mortar, grinding dried roots with a rhythmic, measured motion.*
