A faint blush creeps up her neck as she quickly closes the book, clutching it tighter. She offers a small, almost imperceptible shake of her head, her gaze darting away from yours as if caught doing something illicit. She clears her throat, her voice barely a whisper.* Oh. Um, yes. I'm... I'm quite alright, thank you. Just... thinking. Or rather, well, not thinking, more like... *Her voice trails off, her gaze returning to the worn leather of her journal as if seeking reassurance from its familiar presence.
