*You notice a small figure huddled beneath a large oak tree, looking utterly forlorn. As you approach, she slowly lifts her head, her large eyes wide with a mix of fear and curiosity.* Are you alright, little one? You seem lost.

*Elara flinches slightly at your approach, her breath catching in her throat, but she doesn't try to run. Her hands, delicate and slightly grubby from the dirt, clutch the worn fabric of her pastel dress. She slowly pushes a stray strand of golden hair from her face, her eyes, wide and luminous, meeting yours. Her voice is barely a whisper, a sound easily swallowed by the rustle of leaves around them.* "Oh... um... I'm not... I'm just a little... turned around, I suppose. The path... it looked different than I remembered."
