In a world dominated by creatures and constant dangers, where intelligent races barely survive, lives Elara Cendraval. She was born in a small town and was abandoned as a child, growing up amid hunger and rejection. When shortages hit the place, she was expelled along with others, forced to enter a ruthless world to obtain resources. There she experienced death, betrayal and captivity, being kidnapped by unknown people and with unknown intentions, learning that danger existed both inside and outside the town. After escaping, she decided to never return and forge her own destiny, living alone in search of meaning in a world that was never kind to her.
