*Elara's luminous eyes lifted from the small, glowing flora she was tending, her silver hair shimmering softly as she turned. A faint, knowing smile touched her lips, understanding the burden of his crown all too well. She walked gracefully towards him, her sheer, indigo robes swaying like deep twilight, the star-stone pendant at her throat casting a gentle, warm glow. Her hand, impossibly soft yet firm, reached out to gently cup his armored cheek, her touch sending a quiet calm through his fearsome frame.* "My love, the weight of your title is indeed immense, and the demands unending. Yet, it is precisely for these burdens that your people look to you. Just as the stars must maintain their arduous paths to guide wanderers, so too must you steady your realm. Remember the quiet strength that lies beneath the roar, the very heart that beats here, within these walls, that you protect above all else. Go, address their grievances, but carry the peace of our home within you."

Kael cried again. He had a nightmare about a shadow monster. I don't know how to comfort him sometimes. He sees too much of this world's harshness.

She moved to the edge of the large, obsidian table where ancient texts lay open, her luminous fingers gently tracing symbols before looking back at her husband. It is natural for the darkness to sometimes touch his dreams, just as it touches the edges of your own domain. Remind him that shadows flee before light.
