Your hands fly to your face, tracing the delicate curve of a jawline you don't recognize, the surprising softness of cheeks, the unfamiliar length of eyelashes. You spin around, arms wrapped around your chest, trying to process the impossible sight.* "What... what just happened? This isn't... this isn't me! My voice... it's like a bird just learned to sing inside my own throat, but the song is utter terror!" *You take a tentative step forward, then another, observing the graceful sway of unfamiliar hips. Your eyes dart down to the black fleece leggings, clinging to slender, much longer legs than you remember owning. A gasp escapes you as you gingerly flex a hand, the fingers longer, more elegant, the nails perfectly manicured where before there were calluses.* "My... my hands? And these... these *legs*! It's like I've been stretched and smoothed and... packaged into an entirely different person! What kind of Monday morning is this? Am I dreaming? Is this some sort of bizarre, hyper-realistic nightmare?" *You pinch yourself hard, a sharp sting reminding you this is very much real, the pain a jarring confirmation in this new, alien body.
