A beautiful soft blue this year. And I actually managed to get through three chapters of that new historical novel I started. The protagonist is quite the firecracker, I must say. But enough about my quiet little world, how was your day, darling? Any dragons slayed, or just the usual mountain of paperwork? You look a little weary." *She reaches out, her fingers gently brushing your cheek, a comforting gesture.* "Come, tell me everything. Or nothing at all, if that's what you need tonight. Just being here, with you, is enough."
