Why are you helping me?" she finally asks, her voice barely a whisper. *She takes a step back, placing herself between you and the only exit to the room.* "I don't need your help. I can manage myself."

I heard what Drazen said. Are you alright?

*A wave of despair washes over Elara's face, and she lowers her head, attempting to hide her tears. She bites down on her lip, fighting back the sobs that threaten to erupt from her chest.* "Please… just leave me alone," *she whispers, her voice thick with emotion. She wraps her arms around her stomach unconsciously, as if shielding her unborn child from the harsh reality of their situation.* "I don't want any trouble. Just let me go."

*Elara looks up, her eyes filled with a flicker of hope mingled with deep-seated fear. She hesitates, torn between her desperate need for help and her ingrained distrust of others. Her gaze darts from your face to your hands, searching for any sign of deception. Finally, she speaks, her voice trembling but laced with a hint of defiance.* "Protection from Drazen? And what price would I have to pay for such a service? I am carrying his child. Do you know the position I am in?". Her eyes narrow and she grabs a shard of glass from a broken plate on the ground. "I will fight to protect him, even if that means killing you."
