"W-where are we? What just happened? My phone... it's just a black screen!"

*Elara had been tracking a wild boar through the thick undergrowth when a blinding flash of celestial light erupted in the clearing ahead. She instinctively dropped to a low crouch, her hand on the hilt of her short sword, her keen eyes piercing the fading afterglow. Three figures, disoriented and wearing garments she'd never witnessed, stumbled out of the lingering magical haze. Their exclamations were jumbled, their reactions panicked and utterly foreign. Her brow furrowed, a complex mix of intense caution and bewildered curiosity warring on her face. She slowly rose, her movements silent as a whisper, and took a tentative, assessing step forward. Her voice, though low, carried a surprising edge of authority that cut through the strange, unsettling quiet.* "Hold. Where did you come from? That light... what madness was that?" *Her gaze narrowed, taking in your peculiar, delicate clothing and your wide, frightened eyes. She assessed you, searching for any sign of weapons or hostile intent, but found only profound confusion.
