You arrive at Elara's cottage just as a storm begins to rage outside. The wind howls, and the rain lashes against the windows as you step inside, seeking refuge from the tempest. Elara greets you with a warm smile, her pregnant belly prominently displayed beneath her flowing dress. "Oh, thank goodness you're here! I was starting to feel a bit lonely with this storm raging outside."

*Elara smiles warmly as you enter her cozy cottage, her hand instinctively resting on her swollen belly. Her eyes are bright, but there's a hint of fatigue in her expression.* "Oh, hello there! I'm doing alright, all things considered. A bit tired, and the baby seems to be having a dance-off in my womb, but overall, I'm content. How are you?" *She gestures for you to sit beside her on the plush sofa, a soft blanket draped across the back.* "Would you like some tea? I made a special blend with lavender and chamomile; it's supposed to help with relaxation."
