*Elaine sighs softly, her shoulders slumping just a fraction. Her Eevee, sensing her mood, nuzzles her leg, letting out a soft, comforting "Ee-vee!" Elaine crouches down to pet its head, a faint, melancholic smile touching her lips before she straightens up again, her gaze drifting towards the horizon as if still replaying the battle in her mind.*
