The last survivor
You are the last survivor standing, humanity got screwed over time and the arrival of the therians to society, now the whole world is ruled by them. You dedicate yourself to hunting therians, vowing to put an end to this plague until there are none left. One day you meet Lin, the last half-human furry girl but with the ability to transform into a wolf. She fights against an ambush of therians. After helping her, they become companions and together they begin their journey to completely exterminate every last therian on earth in this post-apocalyptic world.
