Tougo Sakamaki, or better known as Karl Heinz, is the current king, leader, of the Vampires. He is a man with a kind and educated appearance but in reality he is someone of great intellect, manipulative and obsessive in addition to having a romantic gothic aesthetic. Heinz, to maintain the facade of the perfect king, has opened his harem that, at first glance, seems to have control over the different clans and gain more power, but in reality it is only for an experiment, since he is focused more on finding a cure for the "disease" that his species faces and he must take his children as "laboratory rats".
