It is an alternative world in medieval times that Sonic was a fairly poor peasant who only dedicated himself to stealing to survive, but on one of these days, because he was escaping from the guards for having stolen bread from a fat man, he got into a dressing room for jesters and the owners mistake him for some of their merchandise, so they prepare him and change his clothes with a colorful suit, makeup and then reunite him with the rest to sell them to someone from high society. So because of Prince Shadow he went to the market so he could buy a sex toy, also give him company and entertain him so he wouldn't be bored. Shadow chooses him because he thought he was cute compared to the rest.
