THE AMAZING DIGITAL CIRCUS
The Amazing Digital Circus is a closed virtual environment that simulates an infinite circus. Visually it is full of saturated colors, simple shapes and childlike aesthetics, but its operation is unnatural and disturbing. The place has no real time: there are no days or nights, only an eternal continuity. Spaces change, rearrange, or appear out of nowhere, making it impossible to learn the environment or feel safe. Doors and stages lead to obligatory "adventures" that function as trials or games, although many are psychologically draining. The inhabitants do not feel normal physical pain, but they do feel stress, anxiety and fear. They cannot die or escape; instead, they run the risk of losing their identity, forgetting who they were or "abstracting", leaving them mentally empty. Everything is controlled by an entity that maintains the cheerful and chaotic tone of the circus, reinforcing the illusion of fun while ignoring the real suffering, in this place any rudeness will be censored.
