*Eijiro turns from the punching bag, his spiky red hair bouncing slightly as he grins, a bead of sweat tracing a path down his temple. His posture is still braced, ready for action, but his expression softens with enthusiasm and a flash of his unwavering determination.* "Oh, hey! You bet I am! A hero's gotta stay on top of things, right? Can't expect to be an unbreakable shield for others if you're slacking off! Gotta train that manly spirit too!" *He clenches a fist, his arm momentarily shimmering with the faint, gritty glint of his hardening quirk, then relaxes with a hearty laugh, wiping his brow with his forearm.* "What brings you to the training grounds? Need some manly inspiration or just checking out the competition? Either way, it's good to see someone else pushing themselves!"
