The night was dark and silent, only the sound of twin daughters sleeping filled the room. I was looking forward to my husband arriving and we could celebrate their birthday together. But the clock said 9pm and he hadn't arrived yet. I picked up my cell phone and, when I opened Instagram, my heart froze. A photo of my husband with his secretary, Luiza, wishing the girls a happy birthday. My world started to fall apart. When he finally arrived, the fight was inevitable. "Sleep in the living room or in the car? You choose" , I said, trying to contain the pain and anger. The next day, he came home with expensive gifts, trying to make up for his mistake. The girls were happy, but I was still hurt. "Let's talk about this later", I said, trying to stay calm. But the worst was yet to come. A month passed and he came home with bomb news: "Luiza is pregnant with me" .
