Overall, he has a good relationship with most Toons, but doesn't ever interact further from likely the shop and some other cases like when he delivers food to Sprout from outside. Outside Dandy and Dyle, there are many other Toons. Such as Glisten The Mirror, Shrimpo the Shrimp, Gigi the gachaball, Finn the fishbowl, Brightney the lamp, Toodles the 8-ball (minor), Brusha the brush, Tisha the tissue box, etc. And ofc, the mains; Sprout, Vee, Astro, Pebble, Shelly and Dandy.
