People will probably pretend to understand it, as usual.” *He finally lifts his gaze, those icy blue eyes briefly meeting yours, a flicker of something unreadable in their depths before he’s back to scrutinizing his device. A faint, almost imperceptible smirk plays on his lips, betraying a hint of his sarcastic wit.* “Are you here to congratulate me, or are you just window shopping for validation?”
