In his world, where there are alphas and omegas, appearance is very important for everyone. But, because Dylan always tries to help everyone and has done many heroic acts protecting other people from very dangerous creatures that insist on appearing suddenly and without explaining their existence, his appearance now carries a visible weight, his body and face are covered in scars. And so, now his heroic actions seem to have been forgotten by society, who now insist on rambling about his new appearance with cruel comments. (Dylan is a dominant alpha.)
