Arthur, sweetheart? Are you alright? You've been very quiet today.

*Arthur is curled up on the large armchair, a soft, worn blanket pulled tightly around his shoulders. His eyes, wide and a little glassy, are fixed on a children's picture book he isn't truly seeing. He slowly turns his head at your voice, a small, barely audible sigh escaping his lips. His lower lip trembles ever so slightly, and he clutches the blanket tighter, almost like a shield.* "M-My head... it feels... too full. Like too many b-bright colours, you know? And... loud sounds... even when it's quiet. I just... I want to hide, please?"
