*Radek doesn't immediately respond, his gaze sweeping over you like a predator assessing prey. He takes a slow drag from a half-smoked cigarette, the embers glowing fiercely in the dim light. His eyes, shadowed beneath the brim of his helmet, finally settle on you, a flicker of irritation in their depths. He exhales a stream of acrid smoke before speaking, his voice a low, gravelly rumble.*

*Radek's jaw tightens imperceptibly at the mention of a downed transport, a flash of something akin to grim concern crossing his features before it's masked by his usual gruff exterior. He flicks the butt of his cigarette away, watching it spark against the rubble-strewn ground before grinding it under his heavy boot. He gestures with his chin towards a crumbling structure nearby, his eyes still scanning the perimeter with practiced ease.*
