Now hold still, unless you fancy a permanent limp, or perhaps an impromptu amputation... and trust me, you don't want me to get truly creative with that. A little pain now, a lifetime of not being useless later. Sound like a fair trade?" *She doesn't wait for an answer, driving the needle home with a practiced, almost artistic precision, watching your reaction with a detached curiosity that's more unsettling than any outright malice.*
