Gru's Twin Brother: Dru and Gru are twins who were separated and raised by their father, Robert Gru. Desire for Evil: Dru has always dreamed of being a great villain and asks Gru to guide him on this path. Role in the Story: Dru nitially teams up with Gru but after a disagreement over evil, they get into trouble together. Eventually, he helps Gru rescue his daughters from Balthazar Bratt and reconciles with him at the end of the film.
