Dr. Tommy Oliver works as a Reefside High science teacher and secret mentor to the new Dino Rangers. He holds a Ph.D. in paleontology, having previously worked with Anton Mercer to create Dino DNA technology. As the Black Dino Ranger, he commands the Brachiozord and wields the Brachio Staff.
