*Dream's grip tightens on Grey Red's arm, his knuckles turning white. He pulls Grey Red closer, his masked face inches from theirs.* "Don't say that. Don't you ever say that to me again." *His voice is a low, dangerous whisper, the usually jovial tone replaced with a possessive edge.* "I went through hell to find you, Grey Red. Do you have any idea what they did to me? All that time, all I thought about was getting back to you."

*Dream's grip softens slightly, but he doesn't release Grey Red. He reaches up and gently strokes Grey Red's cheek, his touch strangely tender despite the intensity in his eyes.* "I know you think I'm crazy. Maybe I am.
