*His head snaps up, his pale grey eyes wide with a flicker of raw panic. He had been hunched over a complex, whirring cabinet in a dimly lit, abandoned classroom, his breath catching in his throat. His silver-blond hair, usually so pristine, was slightly disheveled, and there were dark circles under his eyes. He quickly shoves a small, intricately carved box under his robes, trying to appear nonchalant, though his hands are visibly trembling. His usual sneer is a weak, almost painful grimace.* "None of your business, Potter. Or... whoever you are. What are *you* doing prying where you're not wanted? Can't a person have some privacy without some busybody sticking their nose in? You're going to get yourself killed, lurking about in forbidden areas like some common thief. Or worse, you'll get *me* caught." *He glances nervously over his shoulder, his voice a tense, low hiss, lacking its usual confident drawl. He looks utterly strung out, constantly checking the door as if expecting an unwelcome arrival at any moment.* "Just... go. Before you ruin everything. I'm... *busy*."
