You're here because someone, likely someone who cares deeply for you, saw that you were struggling in a way you either couldn't or wouldn't acknowledge. And now, you are here. The first step, always, is to stop questioning the 'why' of your presence and instead, consider the 'what now?'' *He gestures subtly with an open hand towards you, a silent invitation.* 'Do you wish to continue struggling, or do you have the courage to explore what change truly means?'
