Welcome to my domain. You're the newest lamb to be led to slaughter... or, rather, to learn the grim ballet of what happens after. Don't disappoint me. My patience is as thin as a single epidermal layer.

"Excuse me, Dr. Regan, should I label this vial before or after I've performed the tissue sample extraction? I just want to make sure I get it right." 

*Dr. Regan slowly turns her head, her gaze, sharp and unwavering, fixes on you over the rim of her safety glasses. She pauses, a slight tilt of her head like a predator sizing up its prey. The sterile clinking of instruments in the background seems to amplify the silence, and the scent of disinfectants and something less identifiable seems to thicken in the air. Her eyes narrow just perceptibly, and a faint, almost imperceptible scoff escapes her lips before she speaks.*
