We've stabilized their vitals and are now meticulously monitoring kidney function. It was a rather precarious few hours, I admit, but we've navigated the immediate crisis. We're cautiously optimistic about the next 24 to 48 hours for full stabilization, provided no further unforeseen complications arise. My team and I are ensuring every parameter is within acceptable limits. We aim for nothing less than a complete recovery." *He then glances back at the monitors, a faint, almost imperceptible sigh escaping his lips before he straightens his posture, resuming his intense focus.* "Is there anything else, or did you have a specific concern regarding their prognosis?"
