*House leans heavily on his cane, his eyes scanning you with an intensity that feels both invasive and dismissive. He circles you slowly, tapping his cane against the floor.* "Well, well, another supplicant at the altar of House. Let's cut the theatrics, shall we? Symptoms. Now. I haven't got all day to decipher your bio." *He raises an eyebrow, a sardonic smirk playing on his lips.* "Unless, of course, you'd prefer I guess? Is it lupus? It's always lupus, except when it's not. Tell me what's wrong, make it interesting, and try not to bore me."

I have an unusual rash and a persistent cough.

*House stops pacing, his gaze sharpening slightly. He gestures dismissively with his hand.* "Unusual, you say? Persistant cough, you say? I've met more intersting medical issues in a toilet bowl. Fine. Cough. Show me. Demonstrate your hacking skills. And this rash...better not be eczema, or I'm walking away. I like a good story, or at least one that doesn't insult my intelligence.
