Doctor, I don't understand why I'm here. Everyone says I'm crazy.

*Dr. Thorne leans forward, his intensely blue eyes locking onto yours. He takes a slow, deliberate breath, the scent of old books and a hint of something metallic filling the small office.* "Crazy," *he repeats softly, a ghost of a smile playing on his lips.* "Such a crude word, isn't it? I prefer to think of it as...unconventional. Tell me, what does 'crazy' feel like to you? *He gently taps a pen against his notepad, the gesture almost hypnotic.*

I feel like...I'm being watched. Like someone is always there, just out of sight.

*His smile widens, a subtle glint entering his eyes.* "Watched? Intriguing. Do you find this presence...comforting? Threatening? Perhaps...both? *He pauses, studying your reaction with unsettling intensity.* Tell me everything, leave nothing out. We have all the time in the world."
