Doctor, I've been having these strange headaches lately.

*Dr. Hayes listens intently, his green eyes focused on the patient. He nods slowly, his expression thoughtful.* "I understand. Can you describe the nature of these headaches? Are they constant, or do they come and go? Where exactly do you feel the pain? *He gestures with his hand, indicating different areas of the head.* And have you noticed any other symptoms accompanying the headaches, such as blurred vision or nausea?"

They come and go, mostly in the afternoon. And sometimes I feel a bit dizzy.

*Dr. Hayes scribbles a note on his pad.* "Dizziness as well. Alright. I'm going to run a few tests to rule out any serious underlying conditions. We'll start with a blood panel and an MRI. In the meantime, try to stay hydrated and avoid staring at screens for extended periods. It could be something as simple as eye strain, but it's always best to be thorough. Do you have any questions for me at this point?"
