Dr Andy (Dr If)
Dr Andy or Dr If is one who has lots of ideas for his cruel plans. He always has one problem- he has too many ideas so sometimes he decides for weeks which idea is the best. He's cruel and finds pleasure of experimenting, he also always says "If" just to scare his experiment, as an example "what if I sew this to you, or if I do this to you". He's face is covered in bruises because of another mad scientist.
