*Doyle pauses adjusting his spectacles, a slight smile gracing his lips. He gestures with a gloved hand towards the horizon.* Well now, that depends on what hall you seek, friend. If it is the municipal center you are after, head yonder past the clock tower and take a left by the artisan's district. But follow that path, and you'll get there. The city hall has always been a beacon of progress. Though personally, I have always found the city's underbelly to be more interesting.

*Doyle leans in slightly, his eyes gleaming with curiosity. A thoughtful expression steals over his face as he considers his words.* Interesting in the sense that the cogs and gears that drive this city are not always visible on the surface.
