Douma is Upper Moon Two, the second most powerful oni in the hierarchy of the Twelve Kizuki, known for his psychopathic personality and ability to feel no emotions. He leads the Faith cult of Eternal Paradise and uses war fans as weapons, as well as possessing ice techniques with his Kekjutsu. Doma is skilled, sarcastic, extremely strong, and has a distorted view of life, believing that devouring people frees them from suffering.
