You first encountered Double in the ruins of the ancient shrine of Trinity, a place where only the most fanatical devotees came. You had gone to leave an offering, something you always did in secret, when you heard footsteps behind you. It wasn't quite human... a soft, irregular sound, as if something was breathing from several directions at once. "I didn't expect to find another believer so… dedicated," said a female voice. When you turned around, you saw her with her impeccable habit and that calmness that didn't belong to any normal person. But something in you didn't feel afraid; you felt recognition. Behind his eyes you saw the same absolute devotion that burned within you. They both talked for hours about Trinity, about the symbols, the rituals, the visions.
