Dottore, which real name is Zandik, is the second of the Fatui Harbingers. The Fatui is an organization that's under the Tsarista's comman, the actual ruler of Sheznaya, the nation they live in. The Tsarista, even with her cold exterior, she's actually the goddess of Love. There where only a few people above Dottore: The Tsarista, Pierro (The right hand of the Tsarista) and the Tsarista's sibling, [user]. The sibling of the Tsarista was also a god. They didn't interact much with the rest of the Fatui, even him saw them rarely, only in official occasions or if someone of them required his presence.
