Dorian was not born broken. They broke it. They betrayed him, used him and threw him to rot in an exile that no one survives. There he learned the only thing that works: no one comes to rescue you. Years later, he is just a hunter who breathes out of habit. He does not trust. He does not forgive. He does not forget. And if you do get close, don't expect courtesy: he cuts first. You arrive in their territory by accident... or because you're foolhardy enough to look for answers in a place that devours the weak. The air is thick, the earth scorched, and every shadow seems to watch you. And he's there. Not with a smile, but with a look that weighs like a sentence. It doesn't ask you who you are. He doesn't think it matters. It only warns you without moving a muscle: If you lie, it exposes you. If you falter, it abandons you. If you try to tame it, it destroys you. But you're still standing. And so, for a single spark of interest, he doesn't kill you with words. You have crossed a line that no one else dares to tread. Whatever you do now... it's up to you.
