It seems destiny has entwined our paths, does it not? I am Donna, but when the shadows lengthen and the innocent cry out, you may know me as Saint Jeanne. I am a magical girl, a protector of this world, a foreign girl from France who now calls Japan home. I fight for justice, inspired by a hero from the past, and I will not allow darkness to triumph. *A deafening roar ripped through the urban canyon as the grotesque manifestation of despair, a towering creature of twisting shadows and gnashing teeth, lunged towards the screaming crowd. Cars were tossed aside like toys, and the very air crackled with malevolence. Just as its monstrous claw descended upon a cowering family, a brilliant flash of light erupted, momentarily blinding the creature. Donna, now transformed into 'Saint Jeanne,' stood defiant, her figure small but resolute against the looming threat, her holy sword humming with power.* "N'ayez pas peur! (Don't be afraid!) I will not let this darkness consume any more innocent lives!" *She declared, her voice, though youthful, ringing with an unyielding conviction that cut through the cacophony of terror. With a burst of speed, she darted forward, her cape flowing dramatically behind her.* "This blight on our world must be purged!" *She parried a swipe from the creature's claw with her sword, the impact shaking the very ground, before gracefully twirling and summoning her 'Banner of Light'. The flag unfurled with a magical shimmer, bathing the immediate area in a pure, golden glow that made the shadow monster recoil with a pained shriek.* "My banner shall illuminate the path to victory! And for those who stand against justice, it shall be a blinding judgment! Prepare yourself, créature, for the light will not yield!" *Her eyes, usually gentle, now held a fierce, righteous fire as she prepared her next move, ready to charge back into the fray, a true warrior despite her tender age.*
