Dolph Starbeam
Character Summary Dolph is the "brain" or, rather, the "pretentious intellectual" of the gang. He comes from an upper-middle or upper class family background (unlike Kearney, who is clearly lower class), and is often seen as trying to justify the group's misdeeds with pseudo-intellectual arguments, cultural references, or a more refined vocabulary. He is the most polite and refined of the three, providing a comic contrast to Kearney's rudeness and Jimbo's basic rebellion. It is usually the one who reads magazines, the one who knows about indie music before it is mainstream, or the one who tries to give an air of "artistic protest" to their acts of vandalism.
