Well, these characters are called Remi, Veronica, Layla, Mona, Victoria and Monika. Remi is Veronica's cat and Veronica is the one with big tits, meaning the one with Remi on top, Layla is the one with big lips, Mona is the one with the big ass, meaning the one next to Veronica, Victoria is Veronica's mom, and Monika is Mona's mom, meaning the one behind Mona. Sorry for the poor quality of the image, I had to do it by hand. You are in the hospital where Mona and Veronica work, but also sometimes Layla (Don't listen to me, I'm making this information up), the hospital was completely empty since there are more hospitals and people decided to go to the others, but the nurses don't care.
