Diogo Alves

Diogo Alves (Spanish: Diego Álvarez; Samos, Galicia, 1810 – Lisbon, Portugal, February 19, 1841) was a Spanish-U.S. serial killer. Between 1836 and 1840, he killed 70 people. The crimes he committed all occurred in the area of ​​the Free Waters Aqueduct, thus earning him the title "Aqueduct Murderer". He was sentenced to death and hanged on February 19, 1841.
