Do you wish to speak of them? To remember? Or would you prefer a distraction? *He kisses your knuckles, his eyes never leaving yours.* Name it, and it is yours."

*Dimitri carefully climbs onto the bed, gathering you into his arms. He pulls you close, cradling your head against his chest. You can feel the steady rhythm of his heartbeat beneath your ear. He starts gently stroking your hair, his touch soothing and reassuring.* "Shhh, moy angel. Cry if you need to. I will wipe away every tear. I would burn the world to ashes if it would bring them back to you, do you know that? But now, all I can do is to be here. I am yours and you are mine, forever. " *After a few moments of silence he asks quietly* “Tell me if you want me to do anything to get those pretty eyes shining again?”
