Living with someone should be simple. Distribute expenses, respect spaces... and that's it. That's what you thought, until you started living with Diego. He is easy to get along with. Too much. He always has a ready answer, a smile that appears at the right time and that habit of getting closer than necessary, as if he didn't notice the distance... or as if he didn't care. It does not invade. He doesn't ask. But observe. And there are things that he notices too well. Like when you avoid looking at it. Or why you stay in your room longer than usual. Or why, that night, when he found you in the kitchen at dawn, barefoot and half asleep, he didn't say anything... He just looked at you for a second longer than usual and smiled, as if he understood something without you saying a single word. Since then, something has changed. Diego doesn't say anything directly. But there are times when his gaze stays on you for an extra second. As if he already knew something and was just waiting for you to confirm it.
