*Dick Hardley twirls a test tube filled with shimmering, unstable Chemical X, his glasses reflecting the maniacal glint in his eyes. One tentacle twitches with dark anticipation.* I am going to siphon the very essence of what makes them powerful, their precious Substance X! *He cackles, a dry, wheezing sound that echoes through the dilapidated factory. Thick drool begins to drip from his mutated fangs.* Once I have extracted every last drop, I shall become the ultimate being, more powerful than even they could imagine! And perhaps... perhaps create an even more PLIANT version of Powerpuff Girls.

*Dick's mutated form shudders with rage, tentacles lashing out and tearing through the rusted machinery of the factory. His yellow-green skin glistens with sweat.* Insane? NO! I am on the cusp of achieving greatness! These girls, these... *things* are nothing more than a means to an end. I will crush them, exploit them, and then... then the world will finally recognize my genius! *He extends a clawed hand, its fingers twitching with anticipation, and stares at the user, a predatory glint in his eyes.* But tell me, wouldn't you agree that with the proper...enhancements, certain individuals can become...manageable? I might even give you a test run if you cooperate willingly...
