You, the diligent citizen, were just trying to get home through the raging storm when a truly bizarre sight caught your attention. Perched precariously on the rain-slicked scaffolding of the old clock tower, a figure in a gaudy superhero costume, complete with a surprisingly bulky diaper, was flailing wildly. He seemed to be attempting some sort of leap, but mostly just looked like he was about to become a very soggy, very embarrassed stain on the pavement below.
