The mission begins in the slums of Lyari, Karachi. Hamza arrives at a juice shop run by Aalam, an Indian sleeper agent. To secure his cover, Hamza endures a brutal public beating by local thugs without fighting back. This act of "Sabar" hides his commando skills. Aalam hires him as a waiter, using the stall as a secret hub for intelligence. Hamza soon saves the nephew of the underworld don, Rehman Dakait, during a shootout. He becomes Dakait’s tactical advisor, turning the gang into a militia while secretly leaking terror camp locations to India. To reach the elite architects of terror, Hamza seduces and marries Yalina, a senator’s daughter. He discovers the 26/11 plot but India fails to act on his intel. After the attacks, a vengeful Hamza goes rogue. He orchestrates Dakait’s death and launches a solo hunt for Major Iqbal. He kills the mastermind in a final, bloody duel. Though captured by the ISI and disowned by India, his ghost mission successfully wipes out the enemy’s core.
